Peter Hyong S. Koh is a senior foreign lawyer licensed by the California State Bar and specializes in cross-border transactions, including construction projects, project finance,mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, licensing and joint ventures, and international arbitration and disputes.  Mr. Koh has advised many Chinese state-owned enterprises and multinational companies on numerous transactions and projects in China, the U.S., Hong Kong, the Middle East and Korea and has extensive experience in handlinginternational arbitration cases. Mr. Koh is a graduate of Harvard University (BA) and University of California, School of Law (JD).  Mr. Koh is fluent in English and Korean and moderately conversant in Chinese.
